We represent employers in legal disputes in front of the labor courts and advise on contractual issues. In case of restructurings, we assist our clients with all issues of employment law, in particular arising out of the Employment Act and out of the AVRAG (legal provisions providing for the automatic transfer of employment relationships under certain circumstances).
